How it Works

Initial Baseline and Healthcheck
We survey your existing setup and install our software. Although critical patch updates are cumulative there might be a some baseline patching required. We will also install a Vision version of your E-Business Suite on AWS Cloud for intial testing

Ongoing Quarterly Support - Low Entry Cost
The core of the solution to provide Quarterly Upgrades. The software uses a patch driver file which will have been tested pre-ETCC(Technology Code Checker) . The final version will be delivered about a month after the Quarterly release when ETCC is delivered. Software will also be provided to automatically download the required patches using your support identifier.

Integrate Automation Tools
Upgrades are performed using a Python API from the command line. However it is also possible to integrate this with OEM,Anisble and our on-premise or Cloud platform( patchVantage ).

Is it product or service ?
We provide a service using our own patching technology for E-Business Suite customers who require regular security remediation. We are an Oracle partner and you will be expected to have a support identifier. You can use our softwareto apply a Quarterly CPU to many other environments once we have patched one of your Development/Test environments. Alternatively we do this for you using a DBA with UK security clearance if required.
Can the solution perform Upgrades?
Our solution is aimed at helping Oracle customers secure their ERP with rapidity and less cost. Factors like GDRP,CCPA or the need to expose E-Business Suite to the web necessitates CPU patching( Oanapsis ). However since the software contains all the patching elements and layers required to automate 12.1/12.2 maintenance it can be used for major upgrades.
